Meet the Founder:


Hi, I’m Stephanie, the founder of Bloom & Glo.

For years, I lived in a world where success was measured by accomplishments and appearances, while rest and feeling good weren’t priorities. I worked as a lawyer, produced global events, and coached high achievers, all while noticing the same pattern—women striving for perfection, burning out, and craving something more sustainable. 

I saw women who looked flawless on the outside but were silently struggling with mental health, addictions, and body image issues. At the same time, I worked with clients deeply focused on inner healing but disconnected from joy, beauty, and abundance. I wanted both. Emphasis on inner AND outer thriving. because ultimately they depended on each other. 

I didn't want to have to burn my life down in order to enjoy luxury, freedom, travel, beauty, adventure, rest, and wildness. I knew that failing to incorporate wellness, luxuries and loves into a day to day life, would mean what I was doing wouldn't be sustainable. 

That’s why I created Bloom & Glo—a reminder that thriving and resting MUST coexist. A space to simplify self-care and to remind women to align their ambition with rest, beauty, and connection.
